A Potent Woofer & Tweeter Combo : The 260W has a 1" aluminum dome tweeter with an acoustic lens that dishes out sparkly, clear highs. The tweeter is housed in JBL's famed HDI (High Definition Imaging) waveguide, which acts sort of like a horn and widens the tweeter's dispersion. A 6-1/2" polycellulose woofer delivers smooth mids and bass. Both drivers are set inside a rigid baffle to reduce diffraction and other types of sound-muddying distortion. |
