The THX®-Certified KPT-942-B is a high-performance two-way screen and stage loudspeaker system well suited to medium-sized auditoriums. Based on the proven KPT-904-LF dual 15-inch bass unit it delivers powerful bass from a cabinet just 24 inches deep.
For high output combined with excellent coverage the system uses a KPT-402-HF Tractrix® Horn with a K-1132 two-inch exit titanium compression driver to reproduce middle and high frequencies. The KPT-942-B is also available, using a passive crossover, in a mono-amp configuration called the KPT-942-M.

Bi-amplified design features two high-output, Class-D amplifiers to separately power the flex array and 30.48 cm LF driver.
Exclusive flex array can be configured into four unique shapes (“Straight,” “C,” “J” or “Reverse J”), allowing the customer to choose the best possible coverage pattern for the application.
F1 Model 812 extension bracket integrated into the subwoofer can be raised and lowered, allowing the F1 Model 812 loudspeaker to be safely mounted to the subwoofer, eliminating the need for a conventional pole mount or tripod stand.
