All New, Bezel-Free Magnetic Grille : A completely redesigned powder coated magnetic steel grille eliminates the bezel for seamless, pristine integration into the living space.
Exclusive Patented Sky Hook® Cinch Installation System : This exclusive installation system engages the dog legs automatically when the speaker is inserted into the cutout hole with a preset clamping force, eliminating the possibility of overtorquing. If dealing with an uneven space, a 1/4 turn of each dog leg screw achieves an even more flush finish. This fast, easy installation system reduces install time by up to 75%.
Horn-Loaded Performance : Using the same Tractrix® horn technology and design principles of our more premium architectural and box speaker lines, the all new Klipsch Designer series delivers true Klipsch power and performance. With a 6.5” Polypropylene woofer and a 1” Silk Dome tweeter mated to a round Tractrix® horn, the DS-160C brings dynamic, powerful, detailed Klipsch sound to your distributed audio, home theater, or 2-channel system.
