IN-CEILING LOUDSPEAKER : Featuring dual 3/4" aluminum dome tweeters and a dual voice coil 6.5" woofer, the JBL Stage 260CDT delivers stereo sound from a single speaker.
CLEAR, ACCURATE SOUND : Elements including baffles with acoustic smoothing and acoustic lens tweeters have been incorporated into the design to ensure that the sound is clear and accurate.

HEARD NOT SEEN : A visually discrete zero bezel grille and easy installation allow these speakers to be heard, not seen. Premium air-core inductors & mylar cap capacitor crossover network components ensure that sound remains dynamic at all levels.

Designed for easier installation in your ceiling : This speaker uses JBL's XL-2 installation system. The rear legs can attach to ceilings up to 2" thick, giving you plenty of versatility when it comes to placement. Once installed, the included metal, zero-bezel grille seamlessly hides the speaker inside your ceiling.
High-performance drivers : The 280CSA has a 1" aluminum dome tweeter with an acoustic lens that dishes out sparkly, clear highs. An 8" polycellulose woofer delivers smooth mids and bass. The drivers are set inside an angled, acoustically optimized baffle that aims the speaker's sound and reduces diffraction and other types of sound-muddying distortion.
Directional overhead sound from JBL : JBL's new Stage 280CSA in-ceiling speaker was made to deliver focused, impactful sound where you need it most. The speaker uses an angled baffle that lets you point its sound towards your listening area even if it's positioned off-axis. It delivers exceptional performance and works well in both two-channel music systems and home theater setups.
